LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon completed public improvements and infrastructure construction for the Phase 4 subdivision of the Timberline Hills PUD. This 35-lot subdivision is located in the scenic south hills of Eugene, above Churchill High School. A rare type of new development in the City of Eugene, this subdivision includes multiple green spaces, and trails, and borders a natural wetland/meadow.
Work included three new public roads designed in compliance with ADA standards and associated public utilities such as stormwater, sanitary sewer, water, and electrical. The stormwater design included the construction of two combination treatment facilities that functioned as both a vegetated filtration strip and a dry detention pond.
New home construction is planned to begin in the summer of 2022.
