LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon completed an ALTA survey and Partition for a major shopping center in Albany, Oregon, that is over 400,000 square feet in size and covers 33 acres.
Items collected for the survey included flood zone classifications, gross land area, exterior dimensions of all buildings, measured height of all buildings, substantial features, number and type of all parking spaces, and location of utilities. This project had over 15 easements to document, some of which passed through the building. Completed a partition plat to partition one lot off of the existing partition plat.
Completed boundary calculations, set monuments for corners not found in the field survey, and drafted the map for submittal to the City and County.
