Construction of this 204-unit apartment complex in Woodburn, Oregon, was completed during the summer of 2023. LEI Oregon completed all of the land surveying, civil engineering, and construction engineering for this multi-family development. This included frontage improvements to Highway 99E adjacent to the development. LEI Oregon also functions as the City Inspector for all public improvements needed for the project. This development brings high-quality and modern apartments to the City of Woodburn and surrounding areas.
Work included construction of a new City of Woodburn water mainline, upgrade to the public stormwater infrastructure, engineering of an onsite underground detention stormwater facility, bike land and pedestrian improvements to Highway 99E, new ADA ramps for Highway 99E, sanitary sewer design, grading design for the site, and parking design for residents of the development.
