In 2021, LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon completed a project to redevelop an existing farming and garden center through modern infrastructure and new buildings off Cordon Road in East Salem. This redevelopment included a new 12,000-square-foot greenhouse, a 4,000-square-foot store, parking, septic field, new stormwater treatment facility, new approach off of Cordon Road, and landscaping. LEI Oregon created site grading plan designs, erosion control including a DEQ 1200-C permit, and prepared a stormwater analysis report based off of storm water infiltration testing completed on site. Adhering to Marion County Standards, LEI Oregon completed hardscape design, new frontage improvements, pedestrian features, and landscape areas.
Construction for this facility was completed in the summer of 2021.
