On December 3, 2019, LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon conducted a public meeting at McCornack Elementary School for Phase 5 of the Timberline Hills Subdivision Phase 5. This final phase of this PUD project will involve the development of 96 residential lots, the construction of new public streets and utilities, the extension of the existing trail systems, and the establishment of several conservation areas.
The Timberline Hill PUD project began in 2005 with the construction of Phases 1, 2, and 3. Phase 4 of the PUD is currently under final permitting and is planned for construction in 2020. Construction of Phase 5 is planned for the summer of 2021.
Many local residents attended the public meeting where they were able to share their thoughts on the new development as well as express any concerns. LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon looks forward to working with the City of Eugene Planning Department staff to finalize planning approval for this final phase and move the project into construction.
