LEI Oregon begins field operations out of Troy, Oregon, for the USFS Longbow Timbersale. This fuel reduction project covers several thousand acres of USFS lands and it meant to improve forest health and reduce forest fire risk.
This remote project is based out of historic Troy, Oregon, with minimal facilities and infrastructure. LEI Oregon is deploying a remote camp with Starlink broadband internet equipment to maintain coms with our base of operations in Salem, Oregon.
We are excited to begin this great project to improve out National Forests.
