LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon is pleased to announce that our Pacific Valley Apartment Complex project in Woodburn, Oregon, has broken ground!   This 500-unit apartment complex development started in early 2019 and will bring new high-density residential housing to the City of Woodburn.

LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon is the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying team member for a multi-disciplinary development team to develop this new residential housing development being completed with community input and deploying the latest in architectural and engineering practices.   The team lead for this development is Leeb Architects out of Portland Oregon.   Leeb leads the development team with innovation in high-density residential development and with a focus on the highest quality architectural design. 

Working in close coordination with the City of Woodburn Public Works Staff, LEI Engineering & Surveying of Oregon looks forward to completing the Engineering of this new and exciting development.
