LEI Oregon is beginning Phase 2 of its Marion Country Recycling Center Development near Brooks, Oregon. Phase 1 included the development of an entirely new modern and automated recycling system and associated infrastructure. During Phase 2, LEI Oregon will be improving stormwater treatment and truck traffic flows of the existing facility to better meet current standards. This will include adding new hardscapes, re-grading the existing site, and adding a new and innovative stormwater treatment facility to improve water quality and flood control for the site.
