LEI Oregon’s Pacific Valley Apartment Complex Development Begins Full Construction

Building pad foundation preparation for LEI Oregon’s Pacific Valley Apartment Complex Development.  This new multi-family apartment development in Woodburn Oregon entered full construction this week.   Construction progress has been very good through rough grading, even despite the recent adverse weather.    Soon construction of the on-site utilities will commence.
