LEI performed as the engineer-of-record and surveyor-of-record for a 4.86 acre commercial development in the Bridge Port Village complex in Tualatin, Oregon. Development design included five structures, parking lots, pedestrian facilities and landscaping. LEI worked closely with the project Architect to develop the site design for the site and administer the construction for the project.
The City of Tualatin Stormwater Master Plan requirements were followed. LEI evaluated existing site drainage conditions and then designed a stormwater drainage system that provides the required water treatment, detention and conveyance for the entire site.
LEI also provided erosion control and sedimentation control plans for permitting, grading plans, utility design and plans, and roadway plans. This project was in coordination with the client involved the City of Tualatin, Oregon Department of Tranportation, Washington County and Cleanwater Services. Following approval of plans by the City of Tualatin and issuance of building permits, LEI provided construction administration and construction surveying services for the project through final construction and as-built surveys.
