Timberline Hills PUD Phase 4 Subdivision Nearly Ready For Home Building to Begin!
LEI Oregon is pleased to announce that public improvement and infrastructure construction for the Timberline Hills PUD Phase 4 subdivision have been completed, meaning this subdivision is nearly ready for new home building to begin. This scenic 35 lot subdivision is located in the south hills of Eugene above Churchill High School. A rare type of new development in the City of Eugene, this subdivision includes multiple green spaces, trails, and borders a natural wetland/meadow.
We are excited for home building to begin on this new subdivision with custom architecturally designed homes overlooking the Willamette Valley.
